The internal staircase runs from ground level to the floor level at 214m, totalling 1,067 steps. To reach the very top, we have a ladder that extends to the roof!

As we embark on the installation of the internal staircase at the Quang Trach 1 Power Plant in Vietnam, we’re reminded of its vital role in providing safe and easy access for our technicians and engineers to inspect, maintain, and repair the chimney’s internal components. This staircase is installed from the top down, allowing for precise alignment and structural integrity as the work progresses.
