Company: Defaults to Balanced Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd. Check the correct company name and spelling if changing.

How to add your signature in Outlook
Click the Copy Signature button.
Outlook for Windows (classic Outlook)
Open File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
Click New, give it a name (e.g., “BEC 25 Years Logo”).
Click in the large edit box and paste (Ctrl + V).
Set Choose default signature → select your account, then choose the signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click OK → OK.
Optional: In File → Options → Mail, under Compose messages, ensure HTML is selected.
New Outlook for Windows (the one with the web-style UI)
Click the Settings (gear) icon.
Go to Mail → Compose and reply (or Accounts → Signatures, depending on your build).
Click New signature → name it.
Click in the editor and paste (Ctrl + V).
Assign it as default for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click Save.
Outlook for Mac
Go to Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
Click + to add a new signature and paste (⌘ + V).
Assign it to your account for New messages and Replies/forwards.
