On high-stakes vertical infrastructure like the 150-metre Taichung emissions control structure in Taiwan, execution depends on leadership at the ground level, from our site foremen and supervisors. They are the critical bridge between our workers, engineers, and management teams.
Far from home, family, and familiarity, our four Thai foremen bring discipline, precision, and heart to every task. Each serves as both foreman and site supervisor, directing Thai crews in daily activities, managing materials, crane operations, and deliveries, while coordinating closely with BEC engineers and site leadership to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient project execution.

𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝘄𝘂𝘁 – 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁.
For 15 years, Nasee has helped shape some of BEC’s most important projects. He leads rigging teams, guides daily execution, and ensures that everyone, from workers to engineers, stays aligned on site. At Taichung, he’s led the rigging of everything from structural steel beams to liner cans, ensuring each lift is executed with precision. His calm under pressure and unmatched experience have made him a pillar on every project he’s touched.
𝗟𝗮𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻 – 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻.
Where scaffolds can’t go and cranes can’t reach, Laewarit and his team go vertical. Leawarit coordinates rope access for tasks like high-altitude installations, inspection points, and vertical structure maintenance, often over a hundred meters in the air. Rope access is unforgiving. When Laewarit is leading, crews move confidently. His leadership ensures efficient and safe execution.

Jiti directs workers, aligns timelines, enforces safety protocols, and is the go-to person for all things power-related. His team has wired the entire vertical structure from the foundation to the top. Power, lighting, and life, he keeps it all running.
