This month, we are proud to recognise three remarkable women who have reached significant career milestones with BEC:
Yong Chiaw Ly – 20 Years
Senior Draughtsperson Yong Chiaw Ly celebrates two decades with BEC. Her journey reflects quiet strength, technical excellence, and enduring commitment. Over the years, she has contributed to countless design projects, helping to build the foundation of our engineering standards with resilience and precision.
Cathy Wong – 15 Years
As Purchasing Officer, Cathy Wong has brought consistency, collaboration, and heart to her work. Known for her reliability and positivity, Cathy has played a key role in strengthening supply chain operations, while also fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Cecilia Wang – 5 Years
Branch Manager Cecilia Wang officially marks five years with BEC, though her association dates back to 2012. Having returned to the company after leading early projects in Taiwan, Cecilia’s leadership and belief in BEC’s culture continue to make a lasting impact across teams and regions.
