One of the key factors behind this achievement is our investment in continuous learning. Recently, our Batam team completed training through the BEC Digital Learning Platform, covering safety, ESG, first aid, and trade-related courses with third-party certification. Knowledge and training are at the heart of safety, and this award is a testament to how learning translates into real-world results.
