How to use
- Fill in the form fields by typing or tapping the mic 🎤 button on phone's keyboard.
- If you prefer report in another language, change 'English' to your mothertongue from the dropdown. Note, AI will translate your inputs to English for the final report.
- Tap Build AI Draft to generate a draft summary and actions.
- Edit the Final Report as needed.
- Tap Submit to email HSE and log to the sheet.
- Optional: tap Copy Report if you need to paste elsewhere.
Tip: On iPhone/Android, use the keyboard mic for the most reliable dictation.
