Project Overview
Set on a 4-hectare private property, this development features 53 two-storey row houses and one two-storey duplex house, all constructed using 110 modular precast concrete units. Our innovative Safe Affordable Modular Housing Technology (SAMHT) was crucial in ensuring the project’s success, offering a robust, economical, and scalable solution for mass housing. With this socialised housing project we provided above-standard yet affordable housing options to lower and middle-class Filipinos, whereby residents can access long-term financing and other benefits, ensuring that more families have safe, secure, and affordable homes.

The Philippines faces an escalating housing crisis, with a current shortage of 6.5 million homes expected to soar to 22 million by 2040.
