EMAIL SIGNATURE GENERATOR
Email Signature Generator
Current nudge: 12px
Tip: negative moves entire signature further left in Apple Mail
Test in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Adjust nudge, then copy again.
Outlook (Windows desktop)
- Click Copy Signature.
- Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures… → New → click in the canvas → Ctrl+V.
- Send yourself a test.
Always‑visible images (embed)
- In the signature editor: Insert → Pictures → pick PNGs from disk. Outlook will embed them (CID) on send.
Outlook for Mac / Outlook web
- Mac: Settings → Signatures → New → paste from browser. Use Insert → Pictures to embed if needed.
- Web: Settings → Mail → Compose & Reply → Email signature → paste; use Insert picture to upload images.
Gmail (web)
- Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
- Paste the HTML you copied.
- Click Insert image → Upload the logo/badge (recommended) or use HTTPS URLs.
- Scroll down → Save Changes.
Tip: Uploaded images are hosted by Google and usually display automatically.
Apple Mail (macOS)
- Mail → Settings → Composing
- Set Message format to Rich Text ✔️
- Uncheck “Use the same message format as the original message”
- Mail → Settings → Signatures
- Uncheck “Always match my default message font”
- Create a new signature and paste the generated table HTML
- Delete placeholders → drag the image files from your computer into those spots (embeds them)
- If prompted, choose Actual Size
- For testing, start a new message (don’t reply to a plain‑text email)
Always‑visible images
- Edit the signature and drag in the logo/badge from Finder. Mail embeds them inline (CID) when sending.
iPhone/iPad
- Email the final signature to yourself from desktop.
- On iPhone/iPad: copy the block → Settings → Mail → Signature → paste. If formatting drops, type a character first, paste, then delete it.
Tip: If images still vanish, the recipient’s gateway may block remote content. Dragging images embeds them so they survive sending. 💡
