2. Programs, initiatives, and validation: Developing action steps and roadmaps to achieve ESG commitments, along with validation efforts by external third parties to confirm progress and adherence to standards.
3. Stakeholder engagement: Facilitating collaboration both internally and externally to understand and address business impacts, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and fostering transparent communication.
4. Reporting and disclosure: Implementing a robust communications strategy to disseminate ESG data and information, making it accessible to stakeholders and fostering transparency in reporting practices.
