Manimegalai Ramahsamy (Mani) – 15 Years
Mani marks an incredible 15 years of service with BEC. Over the years, she has become highly skilled in managing the unique, fast-moving nature of our business across multiple countries. From visas and cross-border workforce movements to the many complex HR requirements that come with international projects. She is an essential pillar of our operations, ensuring our teams can move safely, smoothly, and in compliance across the countries we operate in.
Sufiati Shaw (Sufei) – 10 Years
This year, Sufei celebrates a decade with BEC. Over the past 10 years, she has grown through experience, teamwork, and close collaboration with our Finance team across borders. Her reliability, consistency, and positive contribution continue to make a meaningful impact.
