Civil Engineers (Slipforming Experience Preferred)

We are seeking experienced and skilled Civil Engineers to join our team on an upcoming project in Batangas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of site experience, preferably in slipforming construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee slipform construction and ensure structural integrity of reinforced concrete silos.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to civil works.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and slipform rig designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure timely progress of concrete pouring, formwork movement, and curing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in slipforming, high-rise construction, or large-scale concrete projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis, AutoCAD, and construction planning software.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, reinforcement detailing, and formwork systems.

Additional requirements:

• This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.
