倍衡(BEC) 為大林電廠煙囪工程承建商 – 壹座採用滑模工程建造方案之工業煙囪，高度約80公尺，位於台灣電力公司（台電）高雄大林發電廠內。本專案負責新建煙囪以配合兩座興建中之2 x 550百萬瓦特燃氣循環（LNG）發電機組, 預計稍後於2029年啟用營運。本工程為倍衡(BEC) 於區域內持續推動之煙囪及高塔結構工程業務之一，延續統包商工程（EPC）與總承建商中鼎工程（CTCI）長期以來之合作關係，並提供現場人員參與高技術、高標準、具指標性之工業煙囪建設專案，由中鼎工程(CTCI)與倍衡(BEC) 國際工程團隊共同合作興建。

About the Project

BEC is delivering the new Talin Power Plant Chimney, a slipform-constructed industrial chimney standing approximately 80 metres, located at Taipower’s (Taiwan Power Company) Talin Power Plant in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The chimney serves new 2 x 550 MW LNG-fired combined cycle generating units currently under construction at the site, targeted for commercial operation in 2029. The project forms part of BEC’s ongoing portfolio of chimney and tall-structure construction across the region, and continues our long-standing collaboration with CTCI, the EPC contractor. This project offers site personnel the opportunity to work on a technically demanding, high-profile industrial build alongside BEC’s international engineering team.

職務摘要

品管人員負責執行並監督現場品質保證與品質管制程序，範圍涵蓋滑模混凝土工程及內部鋼製煙道兩部分，確保各項工程符合專案規範、台灣公共工程標準及業主要求

The QA/QC Officer will implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures on site, ensuring all works meet project specifications, Taiwanese public works standards, and client requirements.

主要職責

• 對滑模混凝土工程進行品質查驗，包括模板架設、鋼筋配置、混凝土澆置及滑模上升速率控制
• 對雙內部鋼製煙道進行品質查驗，包括製造、銲接、組裝及安裝
• 依核准圖說、混凝土配比設計、銲接程序及檢驗與測試計畫（ITP），查核材料、尺寸及施工品質
• 監測並記錄混凝土測試（坍度、抗壓試體、保養）及鋼製煙道之銲接／塗裝作業，確保符合規範及相關標準
• 建立並維護查驗紀錄、材料追溯紀錄、測試報告及不合格報告（NCR）
• 與工地工程師、滑模施工團隊、製造商及分包商協調，即時解決品質相關問題
• 配合內部及客戶稽核，並持續推動品質績效改善

• Conduct quality inspections on slipform concrete works, including formwork setup, rebar placement, concrete pours, and rate-of-rise/slipform control
• Conduct quality inspections on the twin internal steel flues, including fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation
• Verify materials, dimensions, and workmanship against approved drawings, concrete mix designs, welding procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
• Monitor and record concrete testing (slump, cube/cylinder tests, curing) and welding/coating activities on the steel flues, ensuring compliance with specifications and relevant standards
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, material traceability logs, test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Coordinate with site engineers, the slipform crew, fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly
• Support internal and client audits, and promote continuous improvement in quality performance

基本資歷

• 須持有現行有效之台灣工程會公共工程品質管理證書（公共工程品質管理證書）；若原證書核發已逾4年，須完成規定之36小時回訓課程，以符合當地法規對工地人員之要求
• 具土木、結構或機械工程相關學士學歷，或相關科系
• 具備3至5年以上混凝土結構及／或鋼構製造與組裝之品管實務經驗（大型工業或基礎建設專案），具滑模混凝土經驗者尤佳
• 熟悉相關混凝土測試標準及銲接檢驗程序（如 AWS、BS EN 或 SS 標準）
• 具備非破壞檢測（NDT）、模板／鋼筋查驗及尺寸管制經驗者尤佳
• 須具中文（以利工程文件及地方主管機關聯繫使用）流利聽說讀寫能力，並具英文溝通能力（以利匯報倍衡(BEC) 國際團隊）

• Must hold a valid Taiwan PCC Public Works Quality Management Certificate (公共工程品質管理證書), or complete the required 36-hour refresher course if the original certificate is older than 4 years, to fulfil local statutory site requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience on concrete structures and/or steel fabrication and erection for large industrial or infrastructure projects; slipform concrete experience strongly preferred
• Familiar with relevant concrete testing standards, welding inspection procedures (e.g. AWS, BS EN, or SS), and Taiwanese construction quality standards (CNS)
• Experience with NDT, formwork/rebar inspection, and dimensional control is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (for PCC documentation and local authority liaison), with working English for international stakeholder reporting
