Safety Superintendent – 安全主管

倍衡(BEC) 為大林電廠煙囪工程承建商 – 壹座採用滑模工程建造方案之工業煙囪，高度約80公尺，位於台灣電力公司（台電）高雄大林發電廠內。本專案負責新建煙囪以配合兩座興建中之2 x 550百萬瓦特燃氣循環（LNG）發電機組, 預計稍後於2029年啟用營運。本工程為倍衡(BEC) 於區域內持續推動之煙囪及高塔結構工程業務之一，延續統包商工程（EPC）與總承建商中鼎工程（CTCI）長期以來之合作關係，並提供現場人員參與高技術、高標準、具指標性之工業煙囪建設專案，由中鼎工程(CTCI)與倍衡(BEC) 國際工程團隊共同合作興建。

About the Project

BEC is delivering the new Talin Power Plant Chimney, a slipform-constructed industrial chimney standing approximately 80 metres, located at Taipower’s (Taiwan Power Company) Talin Power Plant in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The chimney serves new 2 x 550 MW LNG-fired combined cycle generating units currently under construction at the site, targeted for commercial operation in 2029. The project forms part of BEC’s ongoing portfolio of chimney and tall-structure construction across the region, and continues our long-standing collaboration with CTCI, the EPC contractor. This project offers site personnel the opportunity to work on a technically demanding, high-profile industrial build alongside BEC’s international engineering team.

職務摘要

倍衡(BEC)誠徵安全主管，負責依台灣職業安全衛生相關法規，規劃並落實大林煙囪工程之現場安全工作環境，範圍涵蓋滑模混凝土作業及內部鋼製煙道工程兩部分。

BEC requires Safety Superintendents to manage site health and safety compliance on the TALIN chimney project, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel and adherence to Taiwanese occupational safety law.

Must hold a Class A Taiwanese Safety Officer Certificate

主要職責

• 依台灣職業安全衛生相關法規，規劃並落實現場安全工作環境
• 支援專案經理處理所有安全與衛生相關事宜
• 建立並維護所有職業安全衛生文件，包括滑模爬升作業及鋼製煙道銲接／動火作業之工作危害分析、事故統計及安全紀錄
• 向全體現場人員宣導並落實安全標準, 監督現場規則，包括滑模,高空作業程序及煙道建造／安裝之動火許可
•  協調並執行員工安全訓練，包括滑模專屬教育訓練（墜落防護、千斤頂系統、平台載重）及銲接／動火作業安全
• 對滑模混凝土作業及鋼製煙道工程進行工作方法及現場狀況查核，找出安全缺失並提出改善建議
• 對機具、工具及設備（包括滑模,千斤頂設備及銲接器材）進行查驗，確保符合安全要求
• 執行每日工具箱訓練
• 更新每日工地日誌
• 出席安全會議，並與相關單位（包括地方勞動主管機關）聯繫所有安全相關事宜
• 調查並回報安全事故，並提出事故預防建議

• Plan and execute a safe working environment in accordance with Taiwanese occupational safety legislation
• Support the Project Manager on all safety and health-related matters
• Prepare and maintain all HSE documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses specific to slipform climbing operations and steel flue welding/hot works, incident statistics, and safety records
• Communicate and promote safety standards to all site employees; supervise compliance with site rules and regulations, including slipform working-at-height procedures and hot works permits for flue fabrication/installation
• Coordinate and conduct safety training for employees, including slipform-specific inductions (fall protection, jack rod systems, platform loading) and welding/hot works safety
• Carry out inspections on working methods and conditions across both the slipform concrete operation and steel flue works, identifying safety lapses and required improvements
• Carry out inspections on machinery, tools, and equipment, including slipform jacking equipment and welding gear, to ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Carry out daily toolbox meetings
• Maintain daily site diary
• Attend safety meetings and liaise with relevant parties, including local labour authorities, on all safety-related matters
• Investigate and report on safety incidents, and make recommendations on accident prevention

基本資歷

• 甲級職業安全衛生管理證照
• 具備營建或工業工程之現場安全實務經驗；具滑模或爬升模板作業及銲接／動火作業安全經驗者尤佳
• 熟悉台灣《職業安全衛生法》相關規定

• Class A Taiwanese Safety Officer Certificate (甲級 職業安全衛生管理甲級/乙級)
• Demonstrated site safety experience on construction or industrial projects
• Sound knowledge of Taiwan’s Occupational Safety and Health Act (職業安全衛生法)
• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking
