倍衡(BEC) 為大林電廠煙囪工程承建商 – 壹座採用滑模工程建造方案之工業煙囪，高度約80公尺，位於台灣電力公司（台電）高雄大林發電廠內。本專案負責新建煙囪以配合兩座興建中之2 x 550百萬瓦特燃氣循環（LNG）發電機組, 預計稍後於2029年啟用營運。本工程為倍衡(BEC) 於區域內持續推動之煙囪及高塔結構工程業務之一，延續統包商工程（EPC）與總承建商中鼎工程（CTCI）長期以來之合作關係，並提供現場人員參與高技術、高標準、具指標性之工業煙囪建設專案，由中鼎工程(CTCI)與倍衡(BEC) 國際工程團隊共同合作興建。

About the Project

BEC is delivering the new Talin Power Plant Chimney, a slipform-constructed industrial chimney standing approximately 80 metres, located at Taipower’s (Taiwan Power Company) Talin Power Plant in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The chimney serves new 2 x 550 MW LNG-fired combined cycle generating units currently under construction at the site, targeted for commercial operation in 2029. The project forms part of BEC’s ongoing portfolio of chimney and tall-structure construction across the region, and continues our long-standing collaboration with CTCI, the EPC contractor. This project offers site personnel the opportunity to work on a technically demanding, high-profile industrial build alongside BEC’s international engineering team.

BEC is seeking Site Engineers to support execution of the TALIN chimney project. The Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.

主要職責

• 與客戶及客戶代表聯繫所有專案相關事宜
• 規劃並準備工作排程；調配現場人力、機具及材料
• 準備施工方案、風險評估及工作危害分析
• 研讀及解釋工程圖說、規範及計畫，找出圖說不符之處並提出技術解決方案
• 確保各項工地任務及地點依需要備妥工作許可
• 準備並維護每日工地日誌及週報／月報
• 與採購團隊協調材料及設備需求與交貨排程
• 出席協調會議及工地會議，確保重要資訊傳達至所有相關單位
• 支援施工各階段之品保／品管及安全合規事宜
• 協助專案經理準備專案完工驗收文件

• Liaise with the client and client representatives on all project-related matters.
• Plan and prepare work schedules; organise site manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and job hazard analysis.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and plans, identifying discrepancies and providing technical solutions.
• Ensure work permits are available for all site tasks and locations as required.
• Prepare and maintain a daily site diary and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team for material and equipment requirements and delivery schedules.
• Attend coordination and site meetings, ensuring key information is communicated to all involved parties.
• Support QA/QC and safety compliance during all stages of construction.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of handover documentation at project completion.

基本資歷

• 相關土木工程學歷
• 具備工業或土木營建工程之工地工程實務經驗
• 具備工地測量實務知識，包括放樣及水準測量
• 須具中文（繁體）聽說讀寫流利能力

• Relevant Civil engineering qualification
• Site engineering experience on industrial or civil construction projects
• Working knowledge of site surveying, including setting out and levelling
• Chinese (Mandarin speaking)

附加證照（具備以下任一項者尤佳）

• 鋼構吊裝證照
• 油漆及溶劑塗裝證照
• 模板作業主管證照
• 其他相關台灣營建／技術類證照

Preferred Certifications (any of the following an advantage)

• Steel erecting certificate
• Painting and solvent application certificate
• Formwork supervision certificate
• Other relevant Taiwanese building/construction trade certificates
