倍衡(BEC) 為大林電廠煙囪工程承建商 – 壹座採用滑模工程建造方案之工業煙囪，高度約80公尺，位於台灣電力公司（台電）高雄大林發電廠內。本專案負責新建煙囪以配合兩座興建中之2 x 550百萬瓦特燃氣循環（LNG）發電機組, 預計稍後於2029年啟用營運。本工程為倍衡(BEC) 於區域內持續推動之煙囪及高塔結構工程業務之一，延續統包商工程（EPC）與總承建商中鼎工程（CTCI）長期以來之合作關係，並提供現場人員參與高技術、高標準、具指標性之工業煙囪建設專案，由中鼎工程(CTCI)與倍衡(BEC) 國際工程團隊共同合作興建。

About the Project

BEC is delivering the new Talin Power Plant Chimney, a slipform-constructed industrial chimney standing approximately 80 metres, located at Taipower’s (Taiwan Power Company) Talin Power Plant in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The chimney serves new 2 x 550 MW LNG-fired combined cycle generating units currently under construction at the site, targeted for commercial operation in 2029. The project forms part of BEC’s ongoing portfolio of chimney and tall-structure construction across the region, and continues our long-standing collaboration with CTCI, the EPC contractor. This project offers site personnel the opportunity to work on a technically demanding, high-profile industrial build alongside BEC’s international engineering team.

職務摘要

倍衡(BEC) 誠徵一名經驗豐富、具合法在台工作資格並持有效工地主任證照之工地主任，負責領導大林煙囪工程之現場執行。受聘者將負責日常工地營運、分判商及人力協調、工期掌控，並落實現場安全與品質標準。

BEC is seeking an experienced Site Manager, authorised to work in Taiwan and holding a current Taiwan Site Director Certificate, to lead on-site execution of the Talin chimney project. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordination of subcontractors and labour, adherence to programme, and enforcement of safety and quality standards on site.

主要職責

• 與客戶及客戶代表聯繫所有專案相關事宜
• 規劃並管理整體工地工作排程；調配各項活動所需之人力、機具及材料
• 審核工地工程師提出之施工方案、風險評估及工作危害分析，於施工前確認無誤
• 核准並核發各項工地任務及地點所需之工作許可
• 審核每日工地日誌，並彙整週報／月報予專案經理
• 主持協調會議及工地會議，確保重要資訊傳達至全體現場施工人員及分判商
• 督導品保／品管及安全合規事宜，涵蓋滑模混凝土工程及內部鋼製煙道兩部分
• 主導專案完工驗收文件之準備工作

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through to completion and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedule
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with Taiwanese labour and construction regulations
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and QA/QC and Safety teams
• Monitor progress against programme and report on productivity, delays, and risks
• Oversee site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment allocation
• Chair or attend site coordination meetings

基本資歷

• 須持有效工地主任證照 – 必要條件
• 具備工業或土木營建工程之工地管理實務經驗
• 熟悉台灣營建法規及工地安全相關法令
• 須具中文（繁體）聽說讀寫流利能力；具英文溝通能力者尤佳，以利與 倍衡(BEC) 國際團隊協調

• Current Taiwan Site Supervisor Certificate (主任證照) – mandatory
• Proven site management experience on industrial or civil construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of Taiwanese construction regulations and site safety law
• Fluent Mandarin (Traditional Chinese); working English an advantage for coordination with BEC’s international team
• Slipform chimney/stack construction experience strongly preferred
• Where slipform/chimney experience is unavailable, civil engineering site management background (as opposed to general building) will be considered

附加條件（非必要）

• 具滑模煙囪／高塔結構施工經驗者尤佳
• 若無滑模／煙囪相關經驗，將優先考慮具土木工程工地管理背景（而非一般建築背景）之人選
