We are seeking experienced and skilled Slipform Supervisors to join our team on an upcoming project in Batangas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of site experience, preferably in slipforming construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities related to slipform and reinforced concrete (RC) silo construction.
- Lead and coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify construction challenges and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available for uninterrupted slipforming operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in slipforming or large-scale concrete structures.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Strong understanding of structural formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring techniques.
Additional requirements:
- This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.
