Site Surveyor (Slipform Experience Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team on a project in Batangas, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of site experience, preferably in slipforming construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying
  equipment.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, and mark out reference points and markers to
  guide construction teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, records, and maps.
• Establish vertical and horizontal control points for construction layout.
• Perform topographic and as-built surveys.
• Ensure survey data is properly recorded, analysed, and incorporated into design plans.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure designs are
  accurately executed on site.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and boundaries.
• Perform quantity surveys for earthworks, foundations, and structural components as needed.
• Ensure safety and legal compliance of all surveying activities.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of at least Associate in Geodetic Engineering.
• Proven experience as a surveyor in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on active construction sites.
• Must be flexible, dedicated to work, competitive and a team player.

• This role is open to candidates legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proactive risk management in line with Philippine OSH standards.

• Latest HDMF verification / MDF Form

• Police Clearance (photocopy and original)
• NBI Clearance (photocopy and original)
• Medical Result
