Palani’s exceptional design proficiency encompasses a wide array of projects, including oil and gas facilities, nuclear power plants, reinforced concrete and steel chimneys, silos, domes, maritime and offshore structures, underground constructions, TERS (Tall Exhaust Reducing System), and complex terrains characterized by severe environmental and geological conditions. He is a member of professional organizations such as MASCE, SEI, MIE(I), SMIES, and ACI, and serves as a director for ASCE, Singapore Section.

Her multifaceted role includes serving as the company’s ISO 9001 management representative and acting as one of the company’s dedicated data protection officers. Suriya is instrumental in ensuring our HR and administrative operations remain in top form.

Proficient in heavy lifting operations, welding techniques, and advanced construction methods such as slip forming and jump shutter, Flan’s deep understanding of construction plant and equipment ensures the success of our projects. Ling Ling plays a crucial role in liaising with the company’s auditors for both the company and group’s annual financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, she collaborates closely with our project team to collect and organise work progress documents, facilitating seamless progress claim submissions.

He holds AWS – CWI and CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certificates, along with ASNT Level II certifications in radiography film interpretation, radiography testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetrant testing. With a decade of experience in overseeing new construction and repair projects for reinforced concrete and steel-supported stack and silo projects across Asia, Rajesh has honed his skills. His extensive background includes 18 years of working on API & ASME tank construction, jetty constructions, piping, structure, welding, and NDE within the oil and gas sectors. Rajesh is a proud member of AWS and SWS.
