Members of our Taichung project team have completed CPR and cardiac emergency response training, reinforcing the team’s ability to act quickly and effectively should a medical emergency occur on site.
The hands-on training focused on recognising the signs of cardiac distress and performing immediate life-saving response procedures. Team members rotated through practical drills, gaining direct experience performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Construction environments can be physically demanding, making preparedness a critical part of maintaining safe and resilient project sites. Training initiatives such as this ensure that team members are equipped with the skills and confidence to respond during critical moments.
The Taichung team’s certification reflects BEC’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety across all projects. Initiatives like this also contribute to the company’s broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments, ensuring that the wellbeing of employees remains a central priority in project delivery.
Through regular training and proactive safety initiatives, BEC continues to strengthen a culture where safety, preparedness, and teamwork remain fundamental to every project environment.
