Unit 1 of the Hsinta Power Plant Project in Taiwan is now complete, marking a significant milestone in BEC’s construction of three 80-meter environmental compliance chimneys for the country’s newest 3×1300 MW combined cycle power plant.

Among the recent major accomplishments for Unit 1:

  • The rack and pinion hoist has been successfully installed, inspected, and tested, ensuring safe and efficient vertical access for future maintenance and operations.
  • A high-performance epoxy floor coating has been applied, improving durability, safety, and resistance to wear in high-traffic areas.
  • The roof and external paintwork have been finalized, marking the completion of the first chimney in this critical infrastructure project.

BEC is proud of the dedication and precision demonstrated by the site team in delivering this scope to the highest standards.
